Property viewing is back in a big way - here are some properties to check out

While we continue to encourage hand sanitation and social distancing while viewing - for health and safety reasons, both buyers and sellers have welcomed back show days, as there is nothing like physically viewing a property to get a feel for the home as well as the neighbourhood, without being time-pressured. Show days also create a buzz of activity and competition among buyers.

Sellers like the convenience of being able to showcase their property to a large group of potential buyers at the same time.
